Transpose of Nörlund matrices on the domain of summability matrices

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2019
Let E=(En,k)n,k≥0 $E=(E_{n,k})_{n,k\geq 0}$ be an invertible summability matrix with bounded absolute row sums and column sums, and let Ep $E_{p}$ denote the domain of E in the sequence space ℓp $\ell _{p}$ (1 ...

Some absolutely effective product methods

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1992
It is proved that the product method A(C,1), where (C,1) is the Cesàro arithmetic mean matrix, is totally effective under certain conditions concerning the matrix A.

Characterizations of summability methods derived by q-Cesàro matrix

open access: yesDera Natung Government College Research Journal
The present study  mainly aims to introduce the absolute summability method  derived  from the transformation matrix  obtained by the -Cesàro matrix   and   to establish  the  necessary and sufficient conditions for and   where   In addition, by ...

Necessary conditions for absolute double matrix summability factors

open access: yesPeriodica Mathematica Hungarica, 2011
The authors extend their own findings for absolute summability transformed series (published earlier, see [\textit{E. Savaş} and \textit{B. E. Rhoades}, Indian J. Pure Appl. Math. 33, No. 7, 1003--1009 (2002; Zbl 1015.40001)]) to bounded double series transformed by triangular matrices. Their results apply to double weighted mean matrices, specifically

In vitro models of cancer‐associated fibroblast heterogeneity uncover subtype‐specific effects of CRISPR perturbations

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Development of therapies targeting cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) necessitates preclinical model systems that faithfully represent CAF–tumor biology. We established an in vitro coculture system of patient‐derived pancreatic CAFs and tumor cell lines and demonstrated its recapitulation of primary CAF–tumor biology with single‐cell transcriptomics ...

Network divergence analysis identifies adaptive gene modules and two orthogonal vulnerability axes in pancreatic cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Interrogating the immune landscape of microsatellite stable RAS‐mutated colon cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
COLOSSUS project RAS‐mutated MSS colon cancer study explored transcriptomics and immune cell density by immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunoscore (IS), ISIC/TuLIS scores, mutation counts, and detected different prevalences but similar microenvironment composition across immune markers with clinical relevance for future immunotherapy combination ...

Deciphering transcriptional plasticity in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma reveals alterations in sensory neuron innervation

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

KLK7 overexpression promotes an aggressive phenotype and facilitates peritoneal dissemination in colorectal cancer cells

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
KLK7, a tissue kallikrein‐related peptidase, is elevated in advanced colorectal cancer and associated with shorter survival. High KLK7 levels in ascites correlate with peritoneal metastasis. In mice, KLK7 overexpression increases metastasis. In vitro, KLK7 enhances cancer cell proliferation, migration, adhesion, and spheroid formation, driving ...

Multi‐omics and low‐input proteomics profiling reveals dynamic regulation driving pluripotency initiation in early mouse embryos

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Mouse pre‐implantation development involves a transition from totipotency to pluripotency. Integrating transcriptomics, epigenetic profiling, low‐input proteomics and functional assays, we show that eight‐cell embryos retain residual totipotency features, whereas cytoskeletal remodeling regulated by the ubiquitin‐proteasome system drives progression ...
