Computation of AC loss of HTS coils wound by coated conductors with different widths
The second-generation high-temperature superconductor (HTS) tape is a promising material for the HTS application. However, the extremely large aspect ratio of the HTS coated tape leads to high power dissipation in the environment of a time-varying ...

Pharmacologic ascorbate (vitamin C) increases ROS, disrupts cellular metabolism, and induces DNA damage in CRPC cells. These effects sensitize tumors to PARP inhibition, producing synergistic growth suppression with olaparib in vitro and significantly delayed tumor progression in vivo. Pyruvate rescue confirms ROS‐dependent activity.

AC vs. DC Boost Converters: A Detailed Conduction Loss Comparison [PDF]
Studies have shown the efficiency benefits of DC dis- tribution systems are largely due to the superior performance of DC/DC converters. Nonetheless, these studies are often based on product data that differs widely in manufacturer and operating voltage.

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Soil corrosion of the AISI1020 steel buried near electrical power transmission line towers [PDF]
Soil corrosion of carbon steel samples buried up to hundred days close to a high voltage power transmission line tower was examined by weight loss vs. time. A higher weight loss was observed if the samples were electrically connected to the tower than if

Methods to improve antibody–drug conjugate (ADC) treatment durability in cancer therapy are needed. We utilized ADCs and immune‐stimulating antibody conjugates (ISACs), which are made from two non‐competitive antibodies, to enhance the entry of toxic payloads into cancer cells and deliver immunostimulatory agents into immune cells.
