Fault-tolerant reversible ac motor drive system

This paper investigates a fault tolerant three-phase AC/AC converter topology. With such a topology, when either one leg of the input rectifier, or one leg of the output inverter, is lost, the power flow between the grid and the load can still be controlled effectively.
