Ferroelectrics Hybrids: Harnessing Multifunctionality of 2D Semiconductors in the Post‐Moore Era
In this Review, the state of art of ferroelectric hybrid systems—combining ferroelectrics, 2D semiconductors, and molecular switches is presented—as next‐generation platforms for high‐density, multifunctional electronics. By discussing 2D FeFET applications, nanoscale material downscaling, M3D integration, and emerging ferroelectrics, it highlights ...

Strain Engineering of Ge Quantum Wells in Planar Ge/Si1 − xGex Heterostructures
Germanium is explored as a promising semiconductor for quantum applications due to long hole spin coherence, superconducting correlations, and CMOS compatibility. This work investigates in‐plane and out‐of‐plane strain in Ge quantum wells embedded in Si1 − xGex barriers to engineer the electronic properties of the wells.

Multilayers of insulators with a strong spin‐orbit coupling, like Sr2IrO4, and high temperature superconductors, like YBa2Cu3O7, hold great promises for new device concepts in quantum computing. Here, it is shown that the electronic properties of such multilayers are strongly affected by the mutual stacking order.

Interface Engineering and Oxygen Vacancy Control in SrTiO3‐TiO2 Eutectics
The thermal annealing of the SrTiO3‐TiO2 eutectic under various gaseous environments (vacuum, air, oxygen, argon) allows to significantly enhance the formation of a sharp interface between the two crystalline phases and to control the concentration of the oxygen vacancies within the composite material.

A Microfluidic Multiplex Sorter for Strain Development
A new multiplex method for high‐throughput screening of yeast strains based on glucoamylase production is presented. Droplets containing single mutant yeast cells are incubated for enzyme production. A sorting platform divides mutants by their high‐ and mid‐activity levels.
