Redefining Dendritic Cell Vaccines: Synergistically Co‐priming DC and B Cells With Nanoparticles Loading Whole Cell Antigens Maximizes the Efficacy of DC Vaccines

Dendritic cells (DC) vaccine is an important type of vaccines. However, the limited efficacy of DC vaccines hinders their widely application. This study redefines DC vaccines and provides a new DC‐BC vaccine that have much better therapeutic efficacy.

Foundation Model‐Enabled Multimodal Deep Learning for Prognostic Prediction in Colorectal Cancer with Incomplete Modalities: A Multi‐Institutional Retrospective Study

FLARE, a multimodal AI framework, combines pathology slides, radiology scans, and clinical reports to predict colorectal cancer outcomes, even when some tests are missing. Evaluated retrospectively in 1679 patients from four medical centers, it consistently achieved the best prognostic accuracy and clearly separated high‐ and low‐risk groups.

Precision engineering of plant NLR immune receptors enables rational design of enhanced pathogen resistance through mismatched pairing, domain swapping, and targeted mutagenesis. These approaches achieve multi‐fold expansion in recognition breadth while minimizing autoimmunity risks and fitness penalties.

Elemene Augments the Effects of Anti‐PD‐1 Immunotherapy on Hepatocellular Carcinoma by Regulating the miR‐130a‐5p/SPP/MHC‐I Axis

Elemene increases SPP expression by competitively binding with miR‐130a‐5p to suppress SPP mRNA degradation. This led to more antigen/MHC‐I complexes being expressed on the cell surface, which consequently facilitated the recognition and killing of HCC cells by CTLs and enhancing the antitumor immune efficacy of anti‐PD‐1.
