Academic Stress and Secretory Immunoglobulin A

Immediately before and after giving an oral presentation and taking examinations 10 final-year students provided saliva samples for immunoglobulin A assay. Compared with ‘baseline’, levels of immunoglobulin A were lower surrounding the examination conditions and before the presentation.
