ACCase inhibitor resistant wild oat in Manitoba : prediction, identification, and characterization

open access: yes, 1997
High use of aryloxyphenoxypropionate (APP) and cyclohexanedione (CHD), collectively referred to as acetyl coenzyme A carboxylase (ACCase) inhibiting or Group 1 herbicides, has led to the selection of resistant wild oat (Avena fatua) populations in some regions of Manitoba.

First record of target-site-resistance of poverty brome (Bromus sterilis) to ACCase inhibitors

open access: yesJulius-Kühn-Archiv, 2014
In 2011 reduced efficacy of grass weed herbicides to poverty brome (Bromus sterilis) was observed in oilseed rape on a site in East Hessen. The field was cultivated by using the ploughless tillage system more than 25 years. The site showed high densities of poverty brome (>1000 plants/m²) prior to herbicide treatment. Poverty brome seeds were collected
