Complexity of universal access structures [PDF]
An important parameter in a secret sharing scheme is the number of minimal qualified sets. Given this number, the universal access structure is the richest possible structure, namely the one in which there are one or more participants in every possible Boolean combination of the minimal qualified sets.

The Accessibility Dimension for Structured Document Retrieval [PDF]
Structured document retrieval aims at retrieving the document components that best satisfy a query, instead of merely retrieving pre-defined document units. This paper reports on an investigation of a tf-idf-acc approach, where tf and idf are the classical term frequency and inverse document frequency, and acc, a new parameter called accessibility ...

Some Secret Sharing Based on Hyperplanes
The secret sharing schemes (SSS) are widely used in secure multi-party computing and distributed computing, and the access structure is the key to constructing secret sharing schemes.

Structure of accessibility classes
In this work we deal with partially hyperbolic diffeomorphisms whose central direction is two dimensional. We prove that in general the accessibility classes are immersed manifolds. If, furthermore, the diffeomorphism is dynamically coherent and satisfies certain bunching condition, then the accessibility classes are $C^{1}$ immersed manifolds.

Structure bound guide to access cavity preparation for molar root canal treatment
A good access cavity preparation is the gateway to success in endodontic treatment. This article presents occlusal landmarks that can be used as the boundary for the endodontic access at the occlusal surfaces of maxillary and mandibular molars.

GlyTouCan: an accessible glycan structure repository [PDF]
Rapid and continued growth in the generation of glycomic data has revealed the need for enhanced development of basic infrastructure for presenting and interpreting these datasets in a manner that engages the broader biomedical research community. Early in their growth, the genomic and proteomic fields implemented mechanisms for assigning unique gene ...

ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

ABSTRACT Background Osteosarcoma (OS) and Ewing sarcoma (EWS) are the most common primary bone cancers in children, but acute thrombosis is poorly characterized in this population. Our study evaluated the rates of venous thromboembolism (VTE) and associated risk factors in pediatric patients with bone sarcomas treated over a 10‐year period encompassing
