A CASE OF LOBULAR CARCINOMA OF AXILLARY ACCESSORY BREAST
Nihon Rinsho Geka Gakkai Zasshi (Journal of Japan Surgical Association), 2006 症例は58歳,女性. 2005年4月の検診で左C'領域に3cm大の硬性,境界一部不明瞭,辺縁不整,可動性は良好な腫瘤を指摘され,当科受診した.穿刺吸引細胞診では,孤立・索状な小型細胞が主体で,核に切れ込みがあり,核小体が小さく,数珠状に集塊を形成していることから,小葉癌と診断された. 5月に乳房円状部分切除術,センチネルリンパ節生検施行した.病理結果は小葉癌, stage IIAであった.現在, CEF療法(cyclophosphamide, epirubicin, 5-fluorouracil (5-FU))中で,再発徴候は認めていない.小葉癌は本邦は3%程度だが,近年増加傾向であり,乳管癌よりも予後不良で正診率も低いとされる.また,今回は副乳であることも特記すべき点だが ...

Invasive Ductal Carcinoma Arising from Axillary Accessory Breast
Journal of Korean Breast Cancer Society, 2014 46세의 여자 환자가 7개월 전부터 촉지되는 우측 액 와부의 종괴를 주소로 내원하였다. 처음 종괴가 발견되 었을 때는 강낭콩 크기의 유동성 있는 종괴였으나 점 차 크기가 증가되면서 내원 1개월 전부터는 약간의 압 통도 동반되었다고 하였다. 환자는 내원 2년 2개월 전 에 본원에서 유방암 검진으로 선별검사를 받았으며 당 시 이학적 검사와 유방 X선 검사는 정상이었다(Fig. 1). 그 후 별 이상 없이 지내다가 6개월 전 처음 상기 증상 을 주소로 본원에서 또 한 차례 검진을 실시하였으나 당시에는 액와부 피하의 피지낭종으로 판단하여 관찰 하기로 한 경력이 있었다. 가족력에서 특이소견은 없었 다. 내원 당시 시행한 이학적 검사에서
