The purpose of this paper is to describe the techniques utilized in defining the causal factors of bicycle accidents. The author has reconstructed at least 200 bicycle accidents in the last 15 years, and our firm, Resource Engineering, has spent a good deal of manpower formulating the engineering dynamics involved in these accidents.
