Accuracy requirements in at-speed functional test
International Test Conference 1999. Proceedings (IEEE Cat. No.99CH37034), 2003This paper analyzes the requirements of at-speed functional testing of high-speed devices. We conclude that, although the requirement forecast by the International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors is excessive, higher accuracy at-speed functional test systems are needed to qualify the high-performance devices anticipated in the next decade.

On the accuracy of the potential harmonic functions
Chinese Journal of Chemistry, 1999AbstractThe matrix elements of the correlation function between symmetric potential harmonics am simplified into the analytical summations of the grand angular momenta by dy using the recurrence and coupling relations of the potential harmonics. 'The correlation‐function potential‐harmonic and generalized‐Laguerre‐function method (CFPHGLF), recently ...

Characterising the Accuracy of Multivariable Refinable Functions via the Symbol Function
Acta Mathematica Sinica, English Series, 2001Suppose that \(f(x)=(f_1(x), \ldots, f_r(x))^T, x\in \mathbb{R}^d\), is a vector-valued function satisfying the refinement equation \(f(x)=\sum_{k\in \mathbb{Z}^d} c_k f(2x-k)\), where \(\{c_k\}_{k\in \mathbb{Z}^d}\) is a finitely supported sequence of \(r\times r\) matrices. The approximation properties of the refinable function vector \(f\) have been

Test of the Accuracy of Crossman's Confusion-Function
Perceptual and Motor Skills, 1963This study was done to test the accuracy of Crossman's Confusion-Function in predicting response patterns of Ss in discriminating between stimuli of known physical dimensions. The Confusion-Function, C = 1/[log 2 ( x 1 /x 2

The Accuracy of Positioning Reactions as a Function of Their Direction and Extent
The American Journal of Psychology, 1948Abstract : The study is the first of a series of related experiments on simple motor capacities designed to provide data of possible utility for the design of equipment. The specific purpose of the study was to measure the accuracy with which individuals can perform positioning reactions in the absence of visual corrective cues.

Floating-point computation of functions with maximum accuracy
1975 IEEE 3rd Symposium on Computer Arithmetic (ARITH), 1975Algorithms are given that compute multiple sums and products and arbitrary roots of floating-point numbers with maximum accuracy, The summation algorithm can be applied to compute scalar products, matrix products, etc. For all these functions, simple error formulas and the smallest floating-point intervals containing the exact result can be obtained.

Performance and accuracy analysis of semantic kernel functions
Program, 2016Purpose – Syntax-based text classification (TC) mechanisms have been overtly replaced by semantic-based systems in recent years. Semantic-based TC systems are particularly useful in those scenarios where similarity among documents is computed considering semantic relationships among their terms.

Microtuning of membership functions: accuracy vs. interpretability
2002 IEEE World Congress on Computational Intelligence. 2002 IEEE International Conference on Fuzzy Systems. FUZZ-IEEE'02. Proceedings (Cat. No.02CH37291), 2003A major disadvantage of existing methods for tuning descriptive fuzzy models is that the usual constrains over the changes on the fuzzy membership functions do not guarantee that no radical changes in the definitions and hence, no unacceptable disruptions in the interpretability of the original model would take place.

Accuracy of diatomic potential functions
Journal of the Chemical Society, Faraday Transactions 2, 1988The accuracy of previously proposed potential-energy functions for diatomic molecules has been tested against known RKR and ab initio data, where these data span a large fraction of the well depth. Systematic testing has revealed several forms which are more accurate than those proposed earlier for a given number of adjustable parameters.

The analytic and functional accuracy of a video densitometry system
Journal of Neuroscience Methods, 1988Applications using radiotracers and quantitative film autoradiography are increasing dramatically in the neurosciences. Microcomputer-based image analyzing systems with video input have been developed to provide rapid quantification of autoradiographic images on relatively inexpensive systems.
