Accurate H2O source positions in W3
The Hat Creek interferometer has been used to obtain H/sub 2/O source postions accurate to a few tenths of an arc second in the W3 region. The H/sub 2/ sources in W3(cont) are close to IRS 5. In W3 (OH) the H/sub 2/O sources are 6'' from the main compact H II region.

Fluorescent probes allow dynamic visualization of phosphoinositides in living cells (left), whereas mass spectrometry provides high‐sensitivity, isomer‐resolved quantitation (right). Their synergistic use captures complementary aspects of lipid signaling. This review illustrates how these approaches reveal the spatiotemporal regulation and quantitative

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

BLE RSS Measurements Dataset for Research on Accurate Indoor Positioning
RSS-based indoor positioning is a consolidated research field for which several techniques have been proposed. Among them, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons are a popular option for practical applications. This paper presents a new BLE RSS database that

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

The LINC complex ensures accurate centrosome positioning during prophase
Centrosome positioning in prophase is essential for efficient spindle assembly. Here, we show that centrosome positioning requires LINC complex–mediated loading of dynein on the nuclear envelope.

Degradation mechanism of the von Willebrand factor A2 domain by nattokinase
Nattokinase, a natto‐derived protease, exhibits potent antithrombotic effects. This study demonstrates that nattokinase directly cleaves the von Willebrand factor (vWF) A2 domain in vitro. Unlike the native regulator ADAMTS13, nattokinase degrades folded vWF independently of shear stress.
