First‐trimester aspirin allocation strategies and preterm preeclampsia in women with pregestational diabetes: A national multicenter observational cohort study

Among 519 women with pregestational diabetes, first‐trimester algorithm‐based aspirin allocation was associated with substantially lower aspirin exposure without an observed increase in preterm preeclampsia compared with clinical risk factor–based prophylaxis.
