Acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau is considered an uncommon variant of pustular psoriasis, characterized by a relapsing, sterile, pustular eruption of hands and feet. It is not easily treated by antipsoriatic therapies, and may progress toward sclerosis and osteolysis.
