Micropropagation of Actinidia kolomikta

Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture, 1993
Nodal segments of female A. kolomikta shoots were cultured on Murashige and Skoog modified medium with different growth regulator concentrations. The highest multiplication rate (9.5) was achieved on a medium with 10 μM benzyladenine and 0.1 μM indolebutyric acid. Over 90% of shoots rooted in vivo after pulse stimulation with indolebutyric acid.

An interspecific somatic hybrid between Actinidia chinensis and Actinidia kolomikta and its chilling tolerance

Plant Cell, Tissue and Organ Culture, 2004
Protoplasts isolated from cotyledon-derived callus of Actinidia chinensisPlanch. var. chinensis (2N=2x=58) were fused with mesophyll protoplasts of Actiniadia kolomikta(Maxim. et Rupr.) Maxim (2N=2x=58) using a PEG method. Plantlets were regenerated from the fusion product clone 11.

Inhibitory Effects of Chemical Constituents from Actinidia kolomikta on LPS-Induced Inflammatory Responses

Revista Brasileira de Farmacognosia, 2020
Sixteen known compounds, including three lignan glycosides (1–3), seven phenolic glycosides (4–10), three glycosides (11–13), and three flavonoids (14–16), were isolated from the rhizomes of Actinidia kolomikta (Rupr. & Maxim.) Maxim., Actinidiaceae. Their structures were elucidated through extensive spectroscopic analyses and comparison with those

[Chemical constituents of Actinidia kolomikta (Rupr. et Maxim.) Planch].

Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 1992
Two crystalline components I and II were isolated from the roots of Actinidia kolomikta. I was identified as delta 7-stigmasterol and II was named alpha-kolomiktriose and elucidated as 2, 3-di-0-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-alpha-D-galactopyranose on the basis of spectral data (13C NMR, 1H NMR, IR and EI-MS).

CHANGES OF ACTINIDIA KOLOMIKTA FRUIT TEXTURE DURING STORAGE IN CONTROLLED ATMOSPHERE CHAMBERS

Proceedings of the 7th International Scientific Conference Rural Development 2015, 2015
Investigations were carried out in 2013. A. kolomikta cv. ‘Laiba’, ‘Lankė’, ‘Landė’, ‘Paukštės Šakarva’ fruits were picked at the technical maturity stage. The amount of dry matter, soluble solids and texture parameters were established in fruits after harvesting and during storage.

Endosperm-derived triploid plant regeneration in diploid Actinidia kolomikta , a cold-hardy kiwifruit relative

Scientia Horticulturae, 2017
Abstract Endosperm culture is a unique technique for producing a triploid plant from diploid plants. In the present study, endosperm of a diploid cold-hardy kiwifruit relative, Actinidia kolomikta (Maxim. & Rupr.) Maxim., was cultured to regenerate triploid plants and expand ploidy variation in this mostly diploid species.

Evaluation of anti-hyperglycemic effect of Actinidia kolomikta (Maxim. etRur.) Maxim. root extract.

Pakistan journal of pharmaceutical sciences, 2015
This study aimed to evaluate the anti-hyperglycemic effect of ethanol extract from Actinidia kolomikta (Maxim. etRur.) Maxim. root (AKE).An in vitro evaluation was performed by using rat intestinal α-glucosidase (maltase and sucrase), the key enzymes linked with type 2 diabetes.
