The Dynamical Emergence of Biology From Physics: Branching Causation via Biomolecules
Biology differs fundamentally from the physics that underlies it. This paper1 proposes that the essential difference is that while physics at its fundamental level is Hamiltonian, in biology, once life has come into existence, causation of a contextual ...

Intein‐based modular chimeric antigen receptor platform for specific CD19/CD20 co‐targeting
CARtein is a modular CAR platform that uses split inteins to splice antigen‐recognition modules onto a universal signaling backbone, enabling precise, scarless assembly without re‐engineering signaling domains. Deployed here against CD19 and CD20 in B‐cell malignancies, the design supports flexible multi‐antigen targeting to boost T‐cell activation and

Least Action Principle in Physics
We learn physics by starting it from classical problem, where Newton's laws govern the classical physics. In high school or often in early physics in undergraduate, we still solve classic problem with newton's equation of motion. In this article, I will show that there's more alternative way to see classical problem instead seeing from Newton's law ...

Preparation and characterization of renal cell peptides from fetal rats for their antitumor activity
This study aimed to prepare renal cells (RCs) from fetal rats which were digested by enzymes. Candidate peptides RCPs were characterized by capillary HPLC and MS and their bioactivity was predicted using peptideranker. The predicted top 10 bioactive peptides were synthesized.

Microfluidic electro‐viscoelastic manipulation of extracellular vesicles
The electro‐viscoelastic manipulation as a potential method for separation of particles based on size. The particles introduced as a sheath flow migrate to the channel center under the influence of simultaneously applied electric field and pressure driven flow.
