[Estimating nursing staff at a specialized liver transplantation unit: comparison between actual and anticipated situations].

The study was developed in a surgical clinic of a public-university hospital where, among the offered therapeutic modalities, they are accomplished, also, liver transplants. In that clinic they are interned patient that need caring of nursing of different complexities, from the intermediate from to the intensive ones.
