FPR1 affects acute rejection in kidney transplantation by regulating iron metabolism in neutrophils
Background Acute rejection (AR) is one of the significant factors contributing to poor prognosis in patients following kidney transplantation. Neutrophils are the main cause of early host-induced tissue injury.

Repurposing the dense tumor stroma from a physical barrier into an anchoring scaffold, an engineered oncolytic adenovirus encoding IL15C‐CBD overcomes the immunosuppressive microenvironment in triple‐negative breast cancer. Intratumoral viral replication secretes this collagen‐anchored immunocytokine, forming a localized cytokine depot.

Microbial and Proteomic Signature of Acute Cellular Rejection in Lung Transplants
Acute cellular rejection (ACR) is a common cause of early post lung transplant morbidity and mortality. Identification of ACR biomarkers may provide a less invasive mechanism for diagnosing ACR, improve understanding of the mechanisms behind ACR, and identify novel pathways for intervention. To determine whether unique microbial or protein signatures ...

A directionally ice‐templated sulfur cathode integrated with atomically dispersed Fe–N4 catalytic sites is developed for high‐performance lithium–sulfur batteries. The structure–catalysis synergy accelerates Li+ transport and polysulfide conversion, leading to high sulfur utilization and stable long‐term cycling performance.

ERα–PADI4–CXCL8 Axis Drives MDSC‐Mediated Immune Evasion in Anaplastic Thyroid Carcinoma
MAPK‐driven ligand‐independent ERα activation drives PADI4 transcription and translation. This enzyme then modifies CXCL8 chemokines through citrullination, generating a potent chemoattractant gradient specifically for myeloid‐derived suppressor cells.

SPRED2 Negatively Regulates CD8+ T Cell‐Mediated Antitumor Immunity in Breast Cancer
Sprouty‑related EVH1 domain containing 2 (SPRED2) restrains Ras/Raf/ERK signaling in CD8+ T cells. Host SPRED2 deficiency enhances T‐cell survival, cytotoxicity, and memory‐like phenotypes, reducing primary tumor growth and endpoint lung metastatic burden in breast cancer models.
