ABSTRACT Introduction Tumefactive demyelinating lesions (TDLs) are large lesions (> 2 cm) seen in demyelinating syndromes such as multiple sclerosis, myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody‐associated disorder, and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder.
