Single‐cell RNA sequencing revealed the T‐cell heterogeneity and exhaustion subsets of Helicobacter pylori‐induced gastritis‐to‐cancer transformation

H. pylori infection is a major cause of stomach cancer, but its effect on immune cells in tumors is unclear. Solamargine induces acute myeloid leukemia differentiation through TLR8 activation

SM, a steroidal alkaloid from Solanum nigrum L. has shown anticancer effect on various kinds of human cancer cells, yet its effect on leukemia cells remains unclear. This study examines antileukemic activities of SM in AML cells. Results indicate SM inhibits growth and promotes apoptosis of AML cells.
