Monovalent N‐acetylgalactosamine (GalNAc)‐modified polyrotaxane enables efficient liver targeting by utilizing ligand mobility. The sliding and rotating cyclic components i.e., cyclodextrin in the polyrotaxane dynamically cluster GalNAc moieties, thereby mimicking trivalent interactions with asialoglycoprotein receptors.

Synthesis and Transformation of Linear Adamantane Assemblies inside Carbon Nanotubes
We report the assembly and thermal transformation of linear diamondoid assemblies inside carbon nanotubes. Our calculations and observations indicate that these molecules undergo selective reactions within the narrow confining space of a carbon nanotube.

Light‐transparent, cage‐type porous organic salts (POSs) function as nanoreactors that heterogenize molecularly defined photocatalysts through size exclusion. Photocatalysts are encapsulated intact during crystallization, providing confined yet accessible reaction fields under visible light without catalyst modification.

A New Method for the Synthesis of 1-(1-Isocyanoethyl)adamantane
A novel single-step method has been developed for the synthesis of 1-(1-isocyanoethyl)adamantane from 1-(1-adamantylethyl)amine, chloroform, and t-BuOK, in a dichloromethane/tert-butanol (1:1) medium, yielding 92%, which is 27% higher compared to the ...

NMR Investigation of Water in Mesoporous Silica Materials With Different Surfaces
Narrow pores of mesoporous silica are filled with water in an axial mode, independent of the surface hydrophobicity. The influence of the hydrophilicity of mesoporous silica on wetting with water was investigated by comparing a standard hydrophilic MCM‐41 and a partially hydrophobicized material obtained by trimethylsilylation of MCM‐41.

Creation of Adamantane Polymers Using Organic Synthesis
Diamondoids are a unique set of pure carbon clusters that feature the tetrahedral structure of diamond. Like its namesake, these diamondoids are highly symmetrical and crystalline.

DNA origami nanostructures functionalized with lipophilic anchors of distinct hydrophobicity reveal synergistic effects on membrane binding and phase‐specific localization. Weak anchors, although insufficient for binding alone, enhance membrane association and govern selective phase partitioning when combined with strong anchors, establishing multi ...

ST6GAL1 sialylates glycoconjugates in the Golgi, modulating immune recognition and enabling tumor immune evasion. To effectively reach ST6GAL1, inhibitors should demonstrate good membrane permeability. Based on nonpermeable hit JFD 00458, we developed sulfonylurea analogs achieving increased membrane permeability and potency.
