Blood‐ and red blood cell (RBC)‐derived colloids are promising biomedical materials but are structurally complex. This work demonstrates how small‐ and ultra‐small‐angle neutron scattering (SANS and USANS) with contrast variation reveal the micro/nanoarchitectures of RBC ghosts, extracellular vesicles (EVs), and plasma proteins.

Field analysis of directionality measurement with inverter based resources in India
The detection of directionality in distance relay and response for various type of system faults is a key area to be considered. The objective of this paper is to analyse the performance of directional elements in a distance protection for a distributed energy resource connected system in India.

A capacitor-based DC circuit breaker for HVDC power grid [PDF]
DC circuit breakers (DCCBs) are the critical equipment to isolate faults in high-voltage DC grids. The improvement of interruption performances of capacitor-based DCCBs (C-DCCBs) has been widely researched.

Gating residues govern ligand unbinding kinetics from the buried cavity in HIF‐2α PAS‐B
Abstract While transcription factors have been generally perceived as “undruggable,” an exception is the HIF‐2 hypoxia‐inducible transcription factor, which contains an internal cavity that is sufficiently large to accommodate a range of small‐molecules, including the therapeutically used inhibitor belzutifan. Given the relatively long ligand residence

Sensitivity analysis for the determination of characteristic curves of dead time vs transfer power applied to transmission lines [PDF]
For the transmission of large electric power blocks to large lengths, Extra High Voltage systems are a good alternative, where the elements that make up the transmission system must be designed in such a way that they offer high reliability and ...
