HYDRAULIC ADAPTIVE CONTROL SYSTEM
International Journal of Advanced Logistics, Transport and Engineering, 2022The paper considers a mechanical system with two degrees of freedom and one input that has a force adaptation effect. A hydraulic system with two degrees of freedom and one input can be considered as a variant of mechanical system. The paper proves that a hydraulic system with two degrees of freedom, having one input and a differential coupling ...

Adaptive control of systems with backlash
Automatica, 1992Abstract We develop a mathematical model of backlash inverse and give a parametrization of the error caused by its estimate. We then design an adaptive backlash inverse controller for unknown plants with backlash and show the global boundedness of the dosed-loop signals. Simulations show major improvements of system performance.

In many industrial and process control applications, the use of high-performance control systems is very desirable. Usually the plant parameters are poorly known or vary during normal operation, and this must be taken into consideration when designing and implementing feedback controllers. The problem of self-adjusting the parameters of a controller in

Abstract The paper attempts to summarize some aspects of the recent developments in adaptive systems theory. New stochastic approach for dealing with nonlinear models is presented. The point made is that “randomization” of control policy may help avoid stringent identiflability conditions common'in identification-passive adaptation schemes like the ...

Multivariable Adaptive Control System
IEEE Transactions on Applications and Industry, 1963A multivariable control system in which the parameters of the plant transfer function matrix are unknown functions of time is described in this paper. It is a sequel to a previous one1 dealing with a single variable control system. A scheme is presented here in which the parameters of the plant transfer function are tracked and the controller transfer ...

Adaptive control in power electronic systems
2021Power electronics systems are subject to uncertain and time-variant parameters and also disturbances e.g. due to aging, thermal effects, load changes etc. Therefore a fixed and linear control structure may not be able to present and give the desired performance under all conditions.

Parameter Adaptive Control Systems
IFAC Proceedings Volumes, 1985Abstract The paper summarizes our experiences in the development of parameter adaptive control systems. First the basic and supplementary elements are discussed and practical requirements, like modularity, extensibility, access to intermediate results, etc. are stated. Then the parameter estimation methods are discussed.

Adaptive Antenna Control System
1978Abstract : This interim technical report contains a tropospheric system prediction model which can be used to predict median path loss, aperture to medium coupling loss, and 2 sigma multipath spread. The prediction model is used to determine design parameters for an angle diversity system.
