We construct an explicit form of the addition law for hyperelliptic Abelian vector functions $\wp$ and $\wp'$. The functions $\wp$ and $\wp'$ form a basis in the field of hyperelliptic Abelian functions, i.e., any function from the field can be expressed

A characterization of Blaschke addition
A characterization of Blaschke addition as a map between origin-symmetric convex bodies is established. This results from a new characterization of Minkowski addition as a map between origin-symmetric zonoids, combined with the use of L\'{e}vy-Prokhorov ...

Asymptotics of probability characteristics of additive arithmetic functions [PDF]
We study the questions of determining the asymptotics of the probabilistic characteristics of additive arithmetic functions in the paper, regardless of whether they have a limit distribution or not. Several assertions are proved about the estimation of the asymptotics of the probabilistic characteristics of strongly additive arithmetic functions, as ...

An Intrapersonal Addition Paradox [PDF]
I present a new argument for the repugnant conclusion. The core of the argument is a risky, intrapersonal analogue of the mere addition paradox. The argument is important for three reasons.

$k$-block parallel addition versus $1$-block parallel addition in non-standard numeration systems
Parallel addition in integer base is used for speeding up multiplication and division algorithms. $k$-block parallel addition has been introduced by Kornerup in 1999: instead of manipulating single digits, one works with blocks of fixed length $k$.

Multi-heat addition turbine engine [PDF]
A multi-heat addition turbine engine (MHATE) incorporates a plurality of heat addition devices to transfer energy to air and a plurality of turbines to extract energy from the air while converting it to work.

Polynomial representation of additive cyclic codes and new quantum codes [PDF]
We give a polynomial representation for additive cyclic codes over $\mathbb{F}_{p^2}$. This representation will be applied to uniquely present each additive cyclic code by at most two generator polynomials. We determine the generator polynomials of all different additive cyclic codes.

On additive property of finitely additive measures [PDF]
By the additive property, we mean a condition under which $L^p$ spaces over finitely additive measures are complete. Basile and Rao gives a necessary and sufficient condition that a finite sum of finitely additive measures has the additive property. We generalize this result to the case of a countable sum of finitely additive meaures. An application of
