Mucinous lung adenocarcinoma, particularly referring to EGFR‐mutated mucinous adenocarcinoma
Pathology International, 2019The current 2015 World Health Organization (WHO) classification of lung tumors does not adequately categorize mucinous lung adenocarcinoma. Thus far, only two variants of mucinous adenocarcinoma have been studied: invasive mucinous adenocarcinoma and colloid adenocarcinoma.

Prostatic mucinous adenocarcinoma
Urology, 1984Primary mucinous adenocarcinoma of the prostate is rare. It is necessary to exclude extraprostatic primary sources, particularly from the gastrointestinal tract and the urinary bladder. Immunoperoxidase stain can serve the purpose of differential diagnosis. Usually, the presence of mucin in prostatic carcinoma is associated with a less aggressive tumor.

Mucinous (colloid) adenocarcinoma
The Japanese Journal of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery, 2005We describe a case of primary mucinous (colloid) adenocarcinoma of the lung. The patient was a 61-year-old male with a peripheral mass of the left lung. Retrospectively, the mass, which showed slow growth later, could be seen in a chest X-ray 3 years before surgery.

Mucinous adenocarcinoma of prostate
Urology, 1979Primary mucinous adenocarcinoma of the prostate is rare. The presence of mucin in prostatic carcinoma is usually associated with decreased tumor aggressiveness and increased survival rates. When mucinous adenocarcinoma of the prostate is found, it is necessary to exclude extraprostatic primary sources particularly from the urinary bladder and the ...

Mucinous adenocarcinoma of prostate
Urology, 1989The twenty-eighth case of mucinous adenocarcinoma of the prostate is reported. This microscopic variety of prostatic cancer is rare and aggressive; it metastasizes to bone, does not seem to respond to hormone therapy, and reacts positively to immunoperoxidase stain.
