Nephrogenic adenofibroma in a young child
Pathology Research and Practice, 2000Nephrogenic adenofibroma is a benign renal tumor in children and young adults described by Hennigar and Beckwith in 1992. Seven cases have been described, and we report the first case in an 11-month-old child, in good health, revealed by a macroscopic hematuria.

Paratesticular adenofibroma is an uncommon benign tumour. Although it has previously been reported in the female reproductive organs, to our knowledge only three cases have previously been reported in the male genital organs. Herein we describe an adenofibroma that developed in the tunica vaginalis and rete testis.

Adenofibromas of the testicular parenchyma are exceptional with only one case published in the literature. Whereas adenofibromas of mullerian derivatives are well described, testicular tumours resembling surface ovarian epithelium are rare. We describe a case of adenofibroma discovered incidentally while investigating for a hydrocoele in a 57-year-old ...

Adenofibroma of the Fimbria: A Common Entity That Is Indistinguishable From Ovarian Adenofibroma
International Journal of Gynecological Pathology, 2008Fallopian tube adenofibromas (FTAs) are considered rare, but their frequency has never been determined by systematic sampling of this organ. To determine the morphological spectrum and prevalence of FTAs, we analyzed a consecutive series of fallopian tubes removed during surgery for a wide range of disorders.

Robotic enucleation of a biliary adenofibroma
BMJ Case Reports, 2021A 69-year-old man was referred to the hepatobiliary surgeons for mild enlargement of an asymptomatic cystic liver lesion found on routine screening in 2017 that measured 3.7×3.6×4.3 cm. Work-up with MRI revealed a complex multilocular cyst that had enlarged to 6.6×5.5×4.6 cm. Other work-up was unremarkable.

Juvenile (cellular) adenofibromas
The American Journal of Surgical Pathology, 1985"Juvenile" adenofibromas that presented in 25 patients were reviewed. All of the patients were in the second decade of life. The tumors were solitary in 19 patients and multiple and bilateral in six patients. All were distinguished microscopically by prominent cellularity of both epithelium and stroma.
