Developments on Spectral Characterizations of Graphs [PDF]
In [E.R. van Dam and W.H. Haemers, Which graphs are determined by their spectrum?, Linear Algebra Appl. 373 (2003), 241-272] we gave a survey of answers to the question of which graphs are determined by the spectrum of some matrix associated to the graph.

Multilayer aerosol jet printed components with a low‐loss, thermally stable dielectric are demonstrated using benzocyclobutene. Ink formulation and in‐line droplet evaporation control support high‐quality, versatile, and stable printing performance. A specialized measurement for low‐loss materials reveals promising microwave properties, which, combined

Adjacency preserving maps on classical spaces of tensors / Lau Jin Ting
We define tensor rank, symmetric rank and exterior rank of tensor, symmetric tensors and multivectors, respectively. A pair of tensors, symmetric tensors or multivectors is adjacent if the rank of their difference is one.

Dense tactile streams from across the humanoid body converge on collide in a central wiring and data bottleneck. By relocating computation closer to and then into the skin itself, near‐ and in‐sensor architectures, together with neuromorphic computing, chart a path toward perception‐native electronic skin, in which the conversion of stimulus into ...

Angled Nozzle Aerosol Jet Printing to Streamline Conformal Patterning of Electronics
A modular, angled aerosol jet printhead is demonstrated to streamline patterning on nonplanar surfaces, including 90° step edges and confined internal geometries. A detailed analysis of gravitational settling for a sheathed aerosol flow and deconvolution of oblique deposition and gravitational effects supports the versatility of this approach for ...

Low‐Outgassing Liquid Metal–Silicone Composites for Multifunctional Space Applications
Integrating liquid metal microdroplets into a space‐grade silicone creates a multifunctional composite while preserving its inherent flexibility and low‐outgassing behavior. The composite has 11×$\times$ higher thermal conductivity while remaining thermally stable and maintaining a total mass loss of ≤$\le$ 1% under thermal vacuum testing.

Graph Edge Representation via Tensor Product Graph Convolutional Representation [PDF]
Graph Convolutional Networks (GCNs) have been widely studied. The core of GCNs is the definition of convolution operators on graphs. However, existing Graph Convolution (GC) operators are mainly defined on adjacency matrix and node features and generally
