This work compares conventional wet development and asynchronously pulsed plasma development for Sn‐based inorganic resists under delay and AMC exposure. While wet development induces CD variation, scumming, and bridging, pulsed plasma enables selective removal of non‐exposed regions, mitigating contamination effects and achieving defect‐suppressed ...

Debottlenecking the evaporator in water-based adsorption chillers
Global cooling demand continues to grow. To mitigate the resulting environmental impact, cooling solutions need to be sustainable. Adsorption chillers can provide sustainable cooling as they can employ both environmentally friendly driving forces such as solar or waste heat and the natural refrigerant water. Water offers many advantages as refrigerant:

EFFECT OF VOLUME OF EVAPORATOR AND BED HEAT EXCHANGER ON PERFORMANCE OF ADSORPTION CHILLER
Adsorption chiller technology is one of the most effective ways to convert waste thermal energy into cooling. An adsorption chiller is a kind of thermal heat pump which is a promising system due to its ability for recovering heat from the thermal source ...

ABSTRACT Small extracellular vesicles (EVs) from bovine milk and whey are emerging as biologically active carriers of microRNA (miRNA), yet their composition and variability among different dairy sources remain incompletely understood. We conducted an integrated characterisation of EV‐associated miRNAs isolated from milk and whey collected from three ...

Expedient Discovery of a Metallaphotoredox Cyanomethylation for Synthesizing α‐Aryl Nitriles
A metallaphotoredox cyanomethylation reaction has been developed for the synthesis of valuable α‐aryl nitrile intermediates. The methodology was successfully applied to diverse medicinally‐relevant substrates, providing an expedient route to anti‐cancer Senexin compounds, while also removing the need for toxic cyanide reagents. The mechanism was probed
