Determination of secnidazole in tablets and human serum by cathodic adsorptive stripping voltammetry
AbstractThe electrochemical reduction of secnidazole was carried out in BR buffer solutions in the pH range 2.0–11.8 by dc polarography. The polarograms exhibited two irreversible reduction waves in acidic media and one wave in alkaline media, corresponding to the reduction of nitro group in the drug.

A targeted modulation of the MoS2 electronic structure is achieved via substitutional n‐type Co/Fe co‐doping. This strategy triggers S‐mediated d‐p hybridization, optimizing the binding affinity with polysulfides to establish a volcano‐shaped relationship between the d‐band center and catalytic activity.

Lead determination in canned food by square-wave adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry [PDF]
A sensitive and rapid method to analyse Pb(II) in canned fish samples was developed using square-wave adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry based on the adsorptive accumulation of 8-hydroxyquinoline complexes of Pb(II) onto a hanging mercury drop electrode, followed by reduction of adsorbed species by voltammetric scan with square wave pulse ...

An orbital‐hybridizable nanoseed (OHNS) interphase induces strong orbital hybridization between Zn and carbon edges, accelerating Zn nucleation while suppressing 2D surface diffusion. This interfacial electronic regulation drives uniform, dense, and (002)‐oriented Zn growth, enabling stable and fast charging behavior in anode‐free aqueous Zn batteries.
