The Cousins of Stuxnet: Duqu, Flame, and Gauss
Stuxnet was the first targeted malware that received worldwide attention forcausing physical damage in an industrial infrastructure seemingly isolated from the onlineworld. Stuxnet was a powerful targeted cyber-attack, and soon other malware samples were

High Tree Species Diversity Promotes Thermal Enhancement Response of Microbial Carbon Use Efficiency
ABSTRACT Predicting soil carbon dynamics under warming is constrained by limited understanding of microbial thermal adaptation, particularly whether microbial carbon use efficiency (CUE) can adapt to warming and how plant diversity modulates this response. Using soils from a natural tree species diversity gradient in a subtropical forest, we combined a

An STI‐guided metagenomic association framework links soybean salt‐tolerance phenotypes with rhizosphere microbiome composition and network organization in natural saline soils. The approach identifies candidate beneficial taxa, including Thalassospira xiamenensis, and provides an efficient strategy for mining stress‐protective microbes from native ...

A nebulized nanoassembly alleviates radiation‐induced lung injury by reprogramming macrophages through coordinated ROS scavenging, NAD+ replenishment, and PPAR‐γ activation. Redox balance, mitochondrial homeostasis, and immune regulation are restored, revealing a microenvironment‐centered strategy for localized radioprotection.

ABSTRACT Gastric cancer (GC) is a major global health concern, as its prevention and treatment remain significant challenges. The 8‐oxoguanine (o8G) modification of circRNAs, alongside their capacity to orchestrate liquid‐liquid phase separation (LLPS) and autophagy, plays a pivotal role in driving tumor progression and determining therapeutic outcomes.

Evaluation of mimic defense strategy based on M-FlipIt game model
To make up for the lack of security performance evaluation of the mimic defense systems in the advanced persistent threat scenarios an improved game model based on the FlipIt game theory model was proposed. The dynamic strategy of mimic defense under ...

Design and Evaluation of Advanced Persistent Threat Scenarios for Cyber Ranges
Both criminals and state actors are using the cyberspace to pursue their interests, including obtaining information, sabotaging networks, and disseminating disinformation. Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs) are state and non-state threat actors with high

The ABCABC stacking sequence in 2D ZnIn2S4 nanosheets creates intrinsic non‐centrosymmetry, enabling robust piezocatalysis under weak mechanical agitation. The nanosheets achieve a H2O2 yield of 276.7 µmol g−1 h−1 and uranium extraction capacity of 763.2 mg g−1 via a dual mechanism of direct piezoreduction and in situ H2O2 complexation.
