For a long time the horse-chestnut (Aesculus Hippocastanum L.) in Lithuania was in sufficiently fine state: the climatic conditions were tolerable, diseases agents and pests were not essentially harmful. But for the last years the situation is changing - the state of the horse-chestnut is getting worse.
