Clinical Care Guideline Implementation of Nebulized Tranexamic Acid in Post‐Tonsillectomy Hemorrhage
The Laryngoscope, Volume 136, Issue 10, Page 4519-4524, October 2026.In our quality initiative, we demonstrated how clinical care guidelines can be used as a strategy to implement tranexamic acid treatment of post‐tonsillectomy hemorrhage. High rates of algorithm adherence were observed with an associated reduction in need for operative control of hemorrhage.
