Oral pretreatment with the mTOR inhibitor Everolimus failed to block incubated methamphetamine‐seeking in a rat model, even at doses as high as 10 mg/kg. Further, neither methamphetamine experience nor Everolimus pretreatment altered protein indices of mTOR signaling with the prefrontal cortex.
