LOCALLY INTERNAL AGGREGATION FUNCTIONS
International Journal of Uncertainty, Fuzziness and Knowledge-Based Systems, 1999We introduce the concept of locally internal aggregation function with domain ℝn and values in ℝ, and demonstrate some results which lead to the characterization of such functions.

PIECEWISE LINEAR AGGREGATION FUNCTIONS
International Journal of Uncertainty, Fuzziness and Knowledge-Based Systems, 2002The Choquet and Sugeno (fuzzy) integrals are examples of piecewise linear functions on a finite dimensional space ℝn. In this paper we consider piecewise linear functions as aggregation functions and establish a Max-Min polynomial representation of these functions.

Analysis on Aggregation Function Spaces
International Journal of Uncertainty, Fuzziness and Knowledge-Based Systems, 2014In many decision-making problems, different methods usually yield different results. In this paper, we study all possible rankings of alternatives produced by applying a set of aggregation functions on a decision matrix. Those possible rankings depend on the aggregation functions that we use and the structures of the decision matrix.

Median Aggregation of Distribution Functions
Decision Analysis, 2013When multiple redundant probabilistic judgments are obtained from subject matter experts, it is common practice to aggregate their differing views into a single probability or distribution. Although many methods have been proposed for mathematical aggregation, no single procedure has gained universal acceptance. The most widely used procedure is simple

Supramolecular aggregation of functionalized carbon nanotubes
Chemical Communications, 2009We describe the synthesis of novel carbon nanotubes functionalized with thymine units, able to induce self-assembly in a controlled supramolecular fashion.
