An integrated phenomics–genomics framework captures dynamic salt‐stress responses in laboratory‐grown cotton seedlings through time‐series hyperspectral imaging and non‐destructive i‐trait extraction. Hierarchical screening identifies biologically relevant, heritable, and non‐redundant traits for high‐resolution GWAS, identifying GhST7.
