Svrha rada bila je utvrditi citotoksičnost AH Plus punila u usporedbi s konvencionalnim AH 26 punilom in vitro na kulturi stanica. U tu svrhu su rabljeni fibroblasti hrčka (V79). Materijali su zamiješani prema preporuci proizvođača. Nakon početnog stvrdnjavanja ispitivani materijal je razmrvljen i otopljen u dimetil sulfoksidu.
