A scenario‐guided Cas13d platform enables configurable single nucleotide variant ribonucleic acid diagnostics through rule‐based guide design and ribonucleic acid binding domain engineering, supporting amplification‐free ultrasensitive detection and amplification‐coupled robust detection for accurate mutation classification in clinical tumor specimens.

INB3P is a multimodal framework for blood–brain barrier‐penetrating peptide prediction under extreme data scarcity and class imbalance. By combining physicochemical‐guided augmentation, sequence–structure co‐attention, and imbalance‐aware optimization, it improves predictive performance and interpretability.

An anti‐swelling ion‐conductive hydrogel is developed via β‐cyclodextrin and Fe3+ synergism, enabling reliable underwater motion sensing and Morse code communication. Integrated with machine learning, the system achieves 98.6% accuracy in real‐time underwater handwriting recognition for rapid information transmission.
