Deep Learning‐Assisted Rapid Bacterial Classification Based on Raman Spectroscopy of Bacteria Lysed by Acoustically Driven Fiber‐Tip Vibration

A novel acoustofluidic lysis technique based on a vibrating fiber‐tip is integrated with Raman spectroscopy and deep learning for rapid, label‐free bacterial classification.
