Ovarian macrophage depletion reverses OHSS resistance in estrildid finches and exacerbates OHSS symptoms in rats. Activating macrophage GPR183 alleviates OHSS by reducing pro‐inflammatory factors, increasing immunomodulatory molecules, remodeling CD44/SDC4‐mediated communication, and restoring immune homeostasis.

Metasurface‐Enabled Active‐Like Passive Radar
A programmable space‐time‐coding metasurface embeds distinct spatiotemporal tags into ambient wireless signals, allowing passive radar to operate in an active‐like manner. By enabling code‐correlated reconstruction under interference, the approach supports robust real‐time UAV tracking in complex environments and points to intelligent, low‐power ...

Air traffic complexity in future Air Traffic Management systems
In this paper we study the issue of characterizing the complexity of air traffic to support Air Traffic Management (ATM) operations. We discuss, in particular, the features of a complexity metric that are relevant for application to future ATM systems where part of the responsibility for separation assurance and trajectory management operations is ...

Computational Air Traffic Management [PDF]
This is a quasi-review paper which defines and then places Computational Air Traffic Management (CATM) in a historical context. CATM is presented as the natural convergence of many, seemingly disparate, air traffic technologies that have evolved over the past two decades.

Conformal Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces: A Cylindrical Geometry Perspective
Cylindrical reconfigurable intelligent surfaces are explored for low‐complexity beam steering using one‐bit meta‐atoms. A multi‐level modeling approach, including optimization‐based synthesis, demonstrates that even minimal hardware can support directive scattering.

The European Air Traffic Flow Management Problem
Air traffic flow management in Europe has to deal as much with capacity constraints in en route airspace as with the more usual capacity constraints at airports. The en route sector capacity constraints, in turn, generate complex interactions among traffic flows.

Swedish farmers' approval of nudges
Abstract Interest in the use of behavioral policy approaches, such as nudges, has strongly increased over the past years, including in the domains of food, agricultural and environmental policies. While the approval of nudges among the general public has been studied extensively, we know little about the attitude of farmers toward nudging. Farmers may (
