DINAMIKA HUKUM KHAMR DALAM AL-QUR’AN: STUDI KOMPARATIF TAFSIR AHKAM AL-QUR’AN KARYA AL-JAṢṢĀṢ DAN IBNU AL-‘ARABI DALAM KONTEKS SOSIAL KONTEMPORER

open access: yesLisan Al-Hal: Jurnal Pengembangan Pemikiran dan Kebudayaan
This research examines the differences in legal interpretation methodology between Al-Jaṣṣāṣ and Ibn Al-'Arabi in understanding the verses about alcohol in the Qur'an, as well as its implications for the dynamics of Islamic law in the contemporary era ...

Precision management of post‐COVID pain: An evidence and clinical‐based approach

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Pain, Volume 27, Issue 9, Page 1107-1125, October 2023., 2023
Abstract Background Pain after a SARS‐CoV‐2 acute infection (post‐COVID pain) is becoming a new healthcare emergency but remains underestimated and most likely undertreated due to a lack of recognition of the phenomenon and knowledge of the underlying pain mechanisms.

Combining radiation and the ATR inhibitor berzosertib activates STING signaling and enhances immunotherapy via inhibiting SHP1 function in colorectal cancer

open access: yesCancer Communications, Volume 43, Issue 4, Page 435-454, April 2023., 2023
Abstract Background Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) targeting programmed cell death protein 1 (PD‐1) and programmed death‐ligand 1 (PD‐L1) have shown a moderate response in colorectal cancer (CRC) with deficient mismatch repair (dMMR) functions and poor response in patients with proficient MMR (pMMR). pMMR tumors are generally immunogenically “cold”

Climate‐driven substitution of foundation species causes breakdown of a facilitation cascade with potential implications for higher trophic levels

open access: yesJournal of Ecology, Volume 110, Issue 9, Page 2132-2144, September 2022., 2022
The cold‐water kelp Laminaria hyperborea supports diverse and abundant stipe assemblages, which represent an important link to higher trophic levels. Climate‐driven substitution of a warm‐adapted kelp Laminaria ochroleuca resulted in the breakdown of a facilitative habitat cascade, leading to lower biodiversity and faunal abundance, with potential ...

SUMOylation of Kir7.1 participates in neuropathic pain through regulating its membrane expression in spinal cord neurons

open access: yesCNS Neuroscience &Therapeutics, Volume 28, Issue 8, Page 1259-1267, August 2022., 2022
SNI markedly decreased the expression of Kir7.1 and upregulated SUMOylated‐Kir7.1 in the spinal dorsal horn accompanied by mechanical hypersensitivity. Blocking Kir7.1 with the specific antagonist or knockdown kir7.1 by siRNA led to mechanical allodynia. Moreover, inhibited SUMOylation can increase the spinal surface Kir7.1 expression.

Influence of offshore oil and gas structures on seascape ecological connectivity

open access: yesGlobal Change Biology, Volume 28, Issue 11, Page 3515-3536, June 2022., 2022
Offshore platforms and related fixed structures supporting the oil and gas (O&G) industry are prevalent in all oceans. We review current knowledge on the role of O&G infrastructure in maintaining, altering or enhancing ecological seascape connectivity. There is a paucity of studies assessing connectivity and O&G structures.

A spectroscopy based prototype for the noninvasive detection of diabetes from human saliva using nanohybrids acting as nanozyme

open access: yesScientific Reports, 2023
The recent prediction of diabetes to be a global pandemic invites a detection strategy preferably non-invasive, and bloodless to manage the disease and the associated complications.

Ego network analysis of the trophic structure of an island land bird through 300 years of climate change and invaders

open access: yesEcology and Evolution, Volume 12, Issue 5, May 2022., 2022
Ego net analysis is introduced as a new tool to ecology, describing the network context of a single bird species and its interacting species. During the last 200 years, the ego net of this bird has passed two major disturbances, seal hunting and cat introduction.
