Liver hydatid cyst with cutaneous fistulization to the right breast: a case report, management, and literature review

Echinococcus granulosus is the most common tapeworm causing hydatid disease in humans. Its least‐encountered complication is cutaneous fistulization. Omentoplasty, cyst, and fistulous tract drainage revealed successful in the management of this complication.

Subchronic Toxicity Study in Rats of Two New Ethyl‐Carbamates with Ixodicidal Activity

Female and male Wistar rats were used to determine the subchronic oral toxicities of two new ethyl‐carbamates with ixodicidal activities (ethyl‐4‐bromphenyl‐carbamate and ethyl‐4‐chlorphenyl‐carbamate). The evaluated carbamates were administered in the drinking water (12.5, 25 and 50 mg/kg/day) for 90 days.
