Molecular Passivation with 2‐Aminobenzothiazole Enables Efficient and Stable Ruddlesden–Popper Tin Perovskite Solar Cells

Using 2‐aminobenzothiazole additive in quasi‐two‐dimensional tin perovskite improved energy‐level alignment of the perovskite layer to match that of other charge transport layers leading to an improved solar cell performance. The additive also inhibitted iodine ion migration and oxidating leading to better solar cell stability.

Photothermal nanomaterial coatings enable low‐power laser induced graphene (LIG) formation on polyimide. A systematic comparison of multiwalled and single‐walled carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide, and MXene reveals how photothermal heating dynamics govern the LIG formation threshold and influence morphology.
