An ingestible electronic capsule, ICOPS, enables non‐invasive optical gut stimulation in rodents. ICOPS features modular LEDs and optimized power transfer for robust, in vivo functionality. This cleanroom‐free, 3D‐printed platform offers a compact, scalable solution for optogenetically interfacing enteric neural circuits, promising advances in ...

Rings with involution whose symmetric elements are central
In a ring R with involution whose symmetric elements S are central, the skew-symmetric elements K form a Lie algebra over the commutative ring S. The classification of such rings which are 2-torsion free is equivalent to the classification of Lie ...

The Transcendence Degree over a Ring [PDF]
For a finitely generated algebra over a field, the transcendence degree is known to be equal to the Krull dimension. The aim of this paper is to generalize this result to algebras over rings.

Herein, the maximum violation of the three‐setting Clauser–Horne–Shimony–Holt (CHSH) inequality using nonmaximally entangled photons with orbital angular momentum is demonstrated. By mapping the optimization problem to maximizing a triangle's perimeter inscribed in an ellipse, the experiment validates the geometric approach and highlights the ...

On lattice models of gapped phases with fusion category symmetries
We construct topological quantum field theories (TQFTs) and commuting projector Hamiltonians for any 1+1d gapped phases with non-anomalous fusion category symmetries, i.e. finite symmetries that admit SPT phases.

Techniques and Advances in Ultrafast Photography
This review maps the fast‐growing field of ultrafast photography from early mechanical cameras to modern optical‐computational methods. It organizes techniques into four families (multishot passive/active; single‐shot passive/active), explains how they reach trillion‐frame‐per‐second speeds, compares capabilities and tradeoffs, and highlights ...

Division algebras over Henselian fields
In this chapter we focus on the tame division algebras D with center a field F with Henselian valuation v. As usual, we approach this by first obtaining results for graded division algebras, then lifting back from \(\operatorname {\mathsf {gr}}(D)\) to D.

Continuum Mechanics Modeling of Flexible Spring Joints in Surgical Robots
A new mechanical model of a tendon‐actuated helical extension spring joint in surgical robots is built using Cosserat rod theory. The model can implicitly handle the unknown contacts between adjacent coils and numerically predict spring shapes from straight to significantly bent under actuation forces.

The geometry of numbers over algebraic number fields [PDF]
1. The Geometry of Numbers was founded by Minkowski in order to attack certain arithmetical problems, and is normally concerned with lattices over the rational integers. Minkowski himself, however, also treated a special problem over complex quadratic number fields [5], and a number of writers have since followed him.

Multiscale Cell–Cell Interactive Spatial Transcriptomics Analysis
In this study, we present the MultiScale Cell‐Cell Interactive Spatial Transcriptomics Analysis method, which unites the strengths of spatially resolved deep learning techniques with a topological representation of multi‐scale cell‐cell similarity relations.
