Molecular Oncology, EarlyView.Adaptaquin selectively kills glioma stem cells while sparing differentiated brain cells. Transcriptomic and proteomic analyses show Adaptaquin disrupts iron and cholesterol homeostasis, with iron chelation amplifying cytotoxicity via cholesterol depletion, mitochondrial dysfunction, and elevated reactive oxygen species.

, 2020 This thesis introduces the FMB algorithm and its C implementation, which can be used to perform intersection detection of pairs of static/dynamic cuboid/tetrahedron in 2D/3D by using the Fourier-Motzkin elimination method. Results show that the FMB algorithm can be in average up to 4.8 times faster than the SAT algorithm.

FEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.Fervidibacter sacchari is a member of the bacterial phylum Armatimonadota, only a few of which have been cultivated. It is a hyperthermophilic polysaccharide degradation specialist. We show that a secreted enzyme, Fsa02490Xyn, is an endoxylanase belonging to glycoside hydrolase family 10.
