Moiré Phase Mapping in Twisted Bilayer Liquid Crystals with Reconfigurable Light Polarization States
Twisted bilayer liquid crystals are developed by vertical stacking assembly of two liquid crystals having designer domains and optical properties. These moiré‐symmetry, twisted liquid crystals demonstrate reconfigurable polarization states, moiré patterns and phases controlled by twist angles, providing a route to design active optical devices for ...

Reversible light‐induced gradients at solid–liquid interfaces enable controllable interfacial transport via light‐driven diffusioosmosis. We demonstrate directed particle manipulation based on dynamically generated concentration gradients. The mechanism is broadly applicable to cationic, anionic, and non‐ionic surfactants with varying hydrophobicity ...

A 4‐layer Kevlar‐based composite is fabricated by combining ultrasonic spraying and electrostatic flocking. Carbon black dispersion is first deposited onto Kevlar fabric to create a conductive electrode. Nylon fibers are then electrostatically flocked onto the coated fabric, forming a dielectric layer.
