Scalable catalyst production process for oleate hydratase whole‐cell biocatalysis
Biotechnology Progress, EarlyView.This study establishes a scalable lactose‐induced fed‐batch fermentation for an Escherichia coli whole‐cell biocatalyst containing an oleate hydratase.
