MS4A7 promotes M1 microglial polarization and neuroinflammation in SCI via the cGAS‐STING‐NLRP3 axis, highlighting it as a therapeutic target for neuroprotection and recovery enhancement. Downregulation of MS4A7 helped alleviate pain‐related behaviors and improve locomotor recovery.
