A New Result on the Almost Increasing Sequences [PDF]
In this paper, we generalize a known theorem dealing with |C,1|k summability factors to the |C,α ,β |k summability factors of infinite series. This theorem also includes some known and new results.

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

Recurrent miscalling of missense variation from short-read genome sequence data
Background Short-read resequencing of genomes produces abundant information of the genetic variation of individuals. Due to their numerous nature, these variants are rarely exhaustively validated.

A summability factor theorem for absolute summability involving almost increasing sequences [PDF]
We obtain sufficient conditions for the series ∑anλn to be absolutely summable of order k by a triangular matrix.

We reconstituted Synechocystis glycogen synthesis in vitro from purified enzymes and showed that two GlgA isoenzymes produce glycogen with different architectures: GlgA1 yields denser, highly branched glycogen, whereas GlgA2 synthesizes longer, less‐branched chains.

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Tau acetylation at K331 has limited impact on tau pathology in vivo
We mapped tau post‐translational modifications in humanized MAPT knock‐in mice and in amyloid‐bearing double knock‐in mice. Acetylation within the repeat domain, particularly around K331, showed modest increases under amyloid pathology. To test functional relevance, we generated MAPTK331Q knock‐in mice.

Secured Gray-Code-Based Steganographic Technique in Geometrical-Based Domain
The past decades witness a tremendous exchange in data and information in almost all domains. This leads to the need for applying data security to ensure information safety during communication.
