¿La giberelina aumenta la aclimatación de plántulas de Alnus acuminata al arsénico? [PDF]
Arsenic is a metalloid naturally distributed in the lithosphere. However, anthropogenic factors, such as mining, increase pollution in soils. The objective of this research was to evaluate the effect of different concentrations of gibberellins (GA3) on the early development of Alnus acuminata, and determine if this treatment offers pre-acclimation ...

Ectomycorrhizas of Cortinarius helodes and Gyrodon monticola with Alnus acuminata from Argentina
Field ectomycorrhizas of Cortinarius helodes Moser, Matheny & Daniele (sp. nov) and Gyrodon monticola Sing. on Alnus acuminata Kunth (Andean alder, aliso del cerro) are described based on morphological and anatomical features. Ectomycorrhizal roots were sampled beneath fruitbodies of C. helodes and G. monticola from two homogeneous A.

A procedure for in vitro plant regeneration of Alnus acuminata from epicotyls with cotyledonary buds was developed using different media formulations with different growth regulators and carbon sources. The development of multiple buds on explants at the initiation step was obtained with MS at 1/2 strength with either 1 or 2μM of BAP but not without it.
