PiP‐Plex: A Particle‐in‐Particle System for Multiplexed Quantification of Proteins Secreted by Single Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Detecting proteins secreted by a single cell while retaining its viability remains challenging. A particles‐in‐particle (PiPs) system made by co‐encapsulating barcoded microparticles (BMPs) with a single cell inside an alginate hydrogel particle is introduced.

Mesenchymal Stem Cell‐Inspired Microneedle Platform for NIR‐responsive Immunomodulation and Accelerated Chronic Wound Healing

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The research demonstrates a Mesenchymal Stem Cell‐inspired microneedle platform (MSCi@MN) that addresses chronic diabetic wounds by combining MSC‐derived extracellular nanovesicles (NV)–DNA conjugates in microneedle tips with photothermal MXene in the patch layer.

VDLIN: A Deep Learning‐Based Platform for Methylcobalamin‐Inspired Immunomodulatory Compound Screening

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Using the convolutional neural network model VDLIN, Co7 is identified as a promising therapeutic candidate. Co7 demonstrates distinct advantages over MCB by effectively balancing anti‐inflammatory and immune‐stimulatory functions, making it a potential novel approach for immune modulation.

Mettl3‐Mediated m6A Modification Represents a Novel Therapeutic Target for FSGS

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study explores the roles of Mettl3‐induced N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) modifications in Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS). The findings reveal that inhibition of Mettl3 results in podocyte injury by modulating the TJP1CDC42 pathway. Moreover, Administration of N6‐methyladenosine attenuates the FSGS phenotype in WT mice induced by Adriamycin ...

Subventricular Zone‐on‐a‐Chip: A Model to Study Neurogenesis Disruption in Neonatal Intraventricular Hemorrhage

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A human subventricular zone‐on‐a‐chip is developed to model intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) in preterm infants. This platform enables the study of inflammation‐driven neurogenic disruption. Exposure to hemorrhagic cerebrospinal fluid and red blood cell lysate activated inflammatory pathways, with IL1B emerging as a key mediator.

FREQUENCY OF SIDE EFFECTS OF ANTIVIRUS THERAPY FOR CHRONIC VIRUS HEPATITIS IN CHILDHOOD

open access: yesПедиатрическая фармакология, 2010
In pediatrics, the issue of using antivirus therapy for chronic virus hepatitis is not sufficiently studied, there is search for rational combinations, schemes, doses and length of treatment. The article demonstrates results of using a combined antivirus

Interferon-alpha treatment for chronic hepatitis C in children

open access: yesThe Turkish Journal of Pediatrics, 2000
Interferon-alpha therapy has been proven efficient in chronic hepatitis C infection. Although it has been used as a standard therapy in adults, there are limited data on benefits of interferon treatment in children.
